Therapist- In Person/Hybrid

 

This position can be ia (1099) contract position or a W-2 employee  with a  rapidly growing private practice. The position will begin part-time and provide the opportunity to build a full-time caseload. We are seeking qualified candidates who can commit to at least 1 year with our practice. Our current most pressing need is for clinicians who can work with children/adolescents.

 

Pay for 1099 Contractor will be a sixty/forty split based on your billing, with the clinician taking home sixty percent of each fee.

Pay for a W-2 employee ranges between $33-$40/ hour, based on experience. 

 

We are currently ONLY seeking therapists that are licensed as LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPA’s in the State of North Carolina. 

Associate levels of these licensure types will be considered as well.

 

This position offers supervision towards full licensure hours* by a LCMHCS.*

 

The Outpatient Therapist will:

-Deliver Telehealth services to clients.

-Conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, create treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions in order to enhance and foster the client’s optimal behavioral and emotional functioning and interactions.

-Continually assess client needs, physical and emotional safety, and appropriateness of outpatient treatment.

-Work collaboratively with the client’s family, clinical team members, attending primary care physicians, and other community supports whenever applicable in the provision of services to meet the client’s individualized goals.

-Provide the appropriate documentation for service delivery including treatment goals, progress notes, and billing.

Care Manager/Qualified Professional

 

Overview:
The Tailored Care Manager is responsible for promoting whole person, integrated health care through evaluation, assessment, care planning, coordinating, tracking, and monitoring outcomes for individuals served. The focus will be on closing gaps in care for physical and mental health, social determinants of health, and other non-health related needs.

There are currently 2 positions available: one will cover areas in and around Columbus and Bladen Counties and the other New Hanover County. This position has a somewhat flexible schedule and may require some occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct case management services to clients, including crisis intervention, assessment, referral, and follow-up

  • Assist clients in accessing resources such as housing, food, clothing, medical care, etc

  • Conduct home visits and provide outreach services to clients in various community settings

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

  • Provide advocacy services for clients

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases

Qualifications:
To join our team, you must be willing to provide services in various community locations as needed, rotate after hours support coverage, experience with Electronic Health Records software, have a passion for helping others, and be able to link clients to community resources.

We also require the following:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Able to be credentialed as a Mental Health Qualified Professional***

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with the mental health and/or substance use disorder population

  • A valid driver's license, current auto insurance and a good driving record

  • Must be able to work independently, have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

*** For all populations served, Care Managers must meet at least ONE of the following qualifications to meet the criteria as a Qualified Professional (QP), per 10A NCAC 27 .0104

  • A master's degree in a human service field** AND at least one year of full-time experience working with the MH/SU*

  • A bachelor's degree in a human service field** AND at least two years of full-time experience working with the MH/SU population*

  • A bachelor's degree in a non-human service field AND at least four years of full-time experience working with the MH/SU population*

Psychologist- In Person/Hybrid

 

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. This individual will administer and interpret psychological evaluations which help clinicians and physicians create treatment plans and track patients' progress. Assessments are often needed when a client presents a diagnostic question. As a Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing assessment and support to individuals with various developmental disabilities and mental health conditions.

The position has flexible hours and can be part or full time. The position is also flexible in terms of employement. Canidate can chose from being a W2 employee, with an hourly rate starting at $47 or a 1099 contractor who is compensated with 60% of the rate paid for each service billed.

Duties:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and assist in developing appropriate treatment plans

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients

- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards

- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in the field of psychology

Requirements:

- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution

- Valid state licensure as a Psychologist (Psy D or LPA)

- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, such as autism

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions and treatments

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
